New GM OEM Fuse Block # 15770992. This was used on various GM Trucks and SUV's. Please see the application chart above for full vehicle information. Please compare to the block you are replacing by part number and appearance. This should only be used to replace part #15770992; it will not work if you have another part number installed in your vehicle (you will need to open the hood and check the part number on yours). If yours looks different than this one, it will not work for you. This block comes with 13 10A, 5 15A, 2 20A, and 2 25 A fuses. It also includes a larger 25A Fuse, 3 OMRON 12077866 Relays, 1 Omron 12177234 Relay, and 1 GM Combination Flasher Relay 12450072. These are OEM new old stock. They were obtained in a buyout from a GM assembly plant when they changed over model years. Since they were for installation in an assembly plant, they are bulk packed loose with no individual packaging or instructions. These are what was used in the original vehicles and have been stored in a warehouse since then; you can’t get much more OEM than that. Please email us with any questions.
